Murfreesboro Celebrates Opening of BlueCross Healthy Place at Barfield Crescent Park
The project is one of 10 being completed in celebration of the company’s 75th anniversary.
Multi-Generational Fun in Murfreesboro
The City of Murfreesboro applied for a grant to bring a BlueCross Healthy Place to Barfield Crescent Park. The BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee Foundation invested $750,000 to create a space that is multi-generational, family-oriented and accessible, providing people of all ages and abilities with opportunities for physical activity.
